Technical requirements.

● Conduct meetings to understand and capture business

requirements, existing Process- create detailed BRDs and process

maps/ walkthroughs

● Distill current processes to identify areas of improvements, help in

developing and implementing solutions

● Perform feasibility analysis - whether the solution is worth

building/ implementing

● Work with Solution design team to create Business and functional

solution design documents including Wireframes.

● Work with developer maintaining change requests.

● Work with business team to perform user acceptance testing

● Bug reporting

● Monitor the overall status of the project and conduct timely

sessions with business stakeholders to provide updates

● Timely escalations and communication of roadblocks
